Search Mechanism
Pre-qualification
Candidates who have been identified will be
approached in a discreet manner. The objective
at this stage is to determine personality
fit, experience, qualifications and motivation
to make a career move. Candidates who meet
these criteria are then further interviewed
to determine their level of interest and at
the same time to sell the opportunity to them.
Shortlist
A profile of qualified candidates will then
be forwarded to the client for review.
A minimum of 3 qualified candidates will be
selected for the first interview.
These candidates will be briefed on the requirements
of the position and on the background of the
client's company.
Interview
A detailed resume and a confidential report
will be provided at this stage for each candidate.
The client will be briefed on the candidates.
Areas and issues for discussion will be highlighted.
This will then lead to the final round of
interview.
